Before we begin, let’s talk about the ingredients

Only 5 Ingredients for this smoothie to give you some fat-burning energy. The most beneficial ingredients are:

Beets

Pineapple

Lemon

The beets are natural detoxifiers and contain inorganic nitrates and pigments, both of which are plant compounds that have a number of health benefits.

The pineapples are packed with Vitamin C. Along with Vitamin C, they are anti-inflammatory agents and help in aiding digestion.

Lemon is also packed with Vitamin C and is antioxidant-rich. More so, it is a skin brightener and it tastes like summer – all year long.

Why do these foods help?

Maybe you can relate, have you ever felt like you were eating the right foods and drinking enough water, but your body still felt very sluggish and even tired?!
