I struggled with the pain and suffering of fibroids for 12 years. It wasn’t until I started taking holistic steps for myself that I started to see a difference in my body – one of those steps being my exercise regimen.
You may be thinking , “How can I even exercise with these damn fibroids?” Well, that’s what I first thought, until I created my Womb Wellness Workouts – FQ Style, which allows you to creatively do the exercises pain-free and with confidence. Also, I make sure there’s flexibility in the workouts that syncs with the phase of my menstrual cycle. These workouts are done in a sacred space where I feel most comfortable in the moment.
There are actually 3 components that I focus on in Womb Wellness Workouts:
Traditional workout regimens for most lack awareness, a mind-body connection, and don’t factor the amount of sleep, stress, and any hormonal imbalances as a factor to consider in building the workout regimen. The focus traditionally is more on the physical level.
But with Womb Wellness Workouts the focus is internal, working from the inside out and keeping the primary focus on breathing into and out of the womb/uterus.
