I can’t imagine where I would be today without my fibroid prevention regimen. Once I started to shift my mindset about healing, it completely changed my life. If you told me 5 years ago there would be a day I wouldn’t feel pain in regard to my fibroids, I would have laughed. Fibroids are the leading cause of hysterectomies (AKA the surgical removal of the uterus), but surgeries and procedures do not provide a permanent solution. There is SO much more to the uterus than “only having babies.” For decades, so many women have been made to feel like that was their uterus’s only function… I can tell you that this is not the case. Your womb is a sacred space and although fibroids can be so painful, removing your uterus is not the solution to your problems. In fact, it is only a mere bandaid.
